1. Project Summary

Talentum Project V1 is a SaaS platform built to help agencies and clients quickly find, book, and manage independent contractors such as entertainers. The platform streamlines onboarding, bookings, payments, and communications, while providing tools for scheduling, legal compliance, real-time tracking, and internal performance reviews.

Develop a cloud-based, white-label SaaS platform enabling entertainment agencies to:
✅ Manage bookings and contracts
✅ Sync with Google Calendar (agency + talent)
✅ Send reminders via SMS, email, WhatsApp (two-way communication)
✅ Handle payments (Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Authorize.NET)
✅ Collect post-event feedback
✅ Offer white-label customization


2. Objectives

  • Deliver an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) within 6–9 months.

  • Validate core functionality with pilot agencies.

  • Lay the foundation for future enhancements: mobile app, AI features, and expanded integrations.
  • Simplify talent and client management for staffing/event agencies.

  • Reduce administrative overhead through automation.

  • Provide a seamless and fast booking experience for clients.

  • Offer agencies advanced control over talent assignments, events, and compliance.

5. Technical Requirements

  • Frontend: React (Tailwind, Framer Motion)

  • Backend: Node.js with Express or Next.js

  • Database: PostgreSQL or Firebase Firestore

  • Hosting: Vercel, AWS, or similar

  • Integrations: Stripe, Google Calendar, DocuSign, Twilio

    This section can be expanded once development pricing is finalized.)


8. Assumptions & Constraints

  • Platform will serve U.S.-based clients and talent at launch.

  • Legal compliance tools assume standard U.S. employment laws unless specified otherwise.

  • Admin roles will have access to all data. Talent and clients will only see data relevant to their bookings.

  • All onboarding and bookings are done digitally, without in-person verification.


9. Approval & Next Steps

Once this Scope of Work is approved, we will:

  • Finalize the feature set and wireframes

  • Assign development resources or begin hiring freelancers

  • Begin phase-by-phase implementation
